Easy to use! No more storing reeds with a messy wet sponge or drippy paper towel. Boveda is low-profile enough to slip right into a reed case or plastic bag. Keep container closed if reeds are inside or not.
Choose the right RH (The higher the RH, the less wetting is required.):
- Boveda 84% RH for day-of performances
- Boveda 75% RH for day-to-day bagpipe reed storage
- Boveda 72% RH for day-to-days single reed storage
- Boveda 32% RH for mid- to long-term reed storage of more than a week
All-natural salts and pure water are sealed in a leakproof membrane. Long-lasting—Provides 2-6 months of humidity control based on the case, time of year and climate. Replace when rigid.
Packaging: 10 pack in resealable high-barrier plastic bag. Zips closed to keep these unwrapped Boveda fresh for up to 2 years.
Do not mix different Boveda RH levels within the same reed case. And do not use Boveda with other humidification products because they will fight against each other and reduce the efficiency of Boveda.
