Magic Rosin Shipping Information

We currently ship worldwide to most countries.

United States

$25 orders in the contiguous 48 states receive free shipping.

Order Processing

Most orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 2 business days. If you ordered any item(s) that are out of stock, we will email you within 1 business day with an estimated ship date.

Orders including custom rosin will take 10-15 business days before they are shipped.

Order Confirmation

After checking out you will receive an order confirmation number as well as an email confirmation of your order.

Order Status

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to allow you to track your order.

A note about cold weather and shipping:

Although we take extra measures to protect them from the cold when shipping, rosin has the possibility of cracking under extreme cold temperatures.  In the unfortunate event your rosin does arrived cracked, we will replace it immediately.  Just send a photo of the cracked rosin and your information to:  info@magicrosin.com

Return and Refund Policy

Refunds may be accepted within 30 days of date of purchase. All returns and refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • And you must be able to prove proof of purchase.

If your claim does not follow the guidelines outlined above, we are still willing to review your claim and you may be eligible for a refund.

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, or the product is otherwise damaged, please contact us immediately. We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during use of product.

Please save all original packaging material and paperwork.

Once your return is being processed, you will be updated with the status. If your return is approved you will receive the credit back via the original form of payment. Please note that credit card returns can take up to 7 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was received damaged. The cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
