Thomastik-Infeld
Thomastik-Infeld stands behind its products and covers defects in workmanship and materials. To ensure string integrity, we suggest you inform your customers to inspect a string for possible defect before placing them on an instrument. We cannot guarantee strings once they are strung on an instrument since the "defect" may be sure to improper use (i.e. exerting too much tension on the string while tuning) or an instrument-related problem (i.e., a sharp edge on a bridge or nut). For more information on proper string care, please see the string care guide on our website.
